When you have food handling/processing considerations such as wrapped trays, pouches or bags, you need to consider Progressive Handling, Inc. for your solution.  We are not afraid to tackle the most difficult tasks.  High speed....no problem.  Our featured system in this market has us handling 300 cups per minute from an automated filler.  These cups come to us 8 across every 1.6 seconds.  They are -75 degrees F which there is frost on the containers.  They need to be put into a case very rapidly but some accumulation is a must to allow for any case packing  problems.  This is where our experienced design team comes into play.  We put our heads together and design a system similar to what you might see in our photos and the short clips found in the photo and movie gallery.  This cup handling system is an all custom stainless steel fabrication with special dual level conveyors for handling and accumulation while keeping the exact positioning and location.  It is servo driven for smooth and fast operation and has a special vacuum system to handle the frost build up on the top of the cups while supplying the proper amount of vacuum to pick up 64 cups at a time.  This is why we are so well known for our engineering expertise.
